Terms of Use
Pastely is made by Nghia Dinh. Using the app means agreeing to what is written here.
The licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Pastely on Apple devices you own or control, for as long as these terms are kept. The snippets and templates you write are yours: Pastely stores them, it does not claim them.
What the free plan includes
Five snippets, two lists and one fill-in template, with no time limit and no ads. The free plan does not expire and does not lock what you already saved — your text stays readable, pasteable and exportable whether or not you ever pay.
Purchases, billing and renewal
Pastely Pro Yearly is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Pastely Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.
Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on your device. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple handles refunds — we cannot issue them. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Pastely keeps your snippets on your device, and in your own iCloud if you turn sync on. Nothing is sent anywhere else, there is no account, and there is no analytics. The keyboard asks for Full Access only so it can read what you saved. The privacy policy says this in full.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pastely to break the law, to harass or impersonate anyone, or to send content you have no right to send. What you paste is what you wrote; you are responsible for it.
Changes to the app
Features may change as the app is developed. Anything you paid for will be kept working where that is reasonably possible; if a paid feature has to be withdrawn, that will be said plainly rather than quietly.
No warranty
Pastely is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It is a keyboard that pastes text — it is not a backup service, and it should not be the only place anything important is stored. Export your snippets to CSV from Settings whenever you want a copy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid for Pastely in the twelve months before a claim, and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss.
Apple's role
These terms are between you and Nghia Dinh, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Pastely or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date below changes with them, and the current version always lives at this address.
